Annual Report and Accounts
OSCR is required to prepare and publish an Annual Report on the exercise of its functions during the year. OSCR sends a copy of this to Scottish Ministers and lays a copy of the report before the Scottish Parliament. OSCR's accounts are audited by the Auditor General for Scotland.
In 2007 OSCR also produced its Annual Review 2006 which provides a summary of key developments in its first full year as a Non-Ministerial Department.
Earlier Annual Reports and Accounts
When OSCR was an Executive Agency, OSCR's accounts were consolidated with the Scottish Executive but were also published seperately with an Annual Report. These accounts were audited by the Auditor General for Scotland.
