This report has been produced by OSCR under section 33 of the 2005 Act. It presents the findings of an OSCR enquiry after the event, into the failure of the charity One Plus:
One Parent Families ('One Plus'), SC011688 in January 2007.
The aim of the enquiry carried out by OSCR was to:
- establish the reasons why the charity collapsed
- highlight, from OSCR's perspective, any lessons that could be learned
