Investors in People

The Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) has been recognised as an Investor in People (IiP) after achieving the standard in April 2007.

The IiP standard is the recognised benchmark for quality employers and accreditation is key evidence of OSCR’s commitment to be seen as an employer of choice.

By achieving IiP recognition, we have demonstrated our commitment to developing strategies which improve our performance.

Over 30,000 UK organisations are recognised as Investors in People; of which over 4,000 are in Scotland.  This accounts for 27% of the UK workforce.

For more information please read our news release and the IiP website.
