Charity Accounts and constitutionsScottish Charity Accounts and their explanatory documents (deeds of trust, memoranda and articles of association or constitutions) are not available from OSCR's website. This is because the public can request this information from the charity directly under s.23 (1) (a) and (b) of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005. Charity Trustee detailsOSCR does not keep a register of charity trustees. Information on the serving trustees of a charity should be available from the trustees' report contained within the charity's annual report and accounts. Please write to the charity direct to request a copy.
Defaulting charitiesOSCR publishes a list of charities that are in default in providing OSCR with required information. You can search the list, which is updated on a monthly basis, here. |
