OSCR does not gather personal information directly via the website. OSCR only gathers personal information where contact has been initiated by other means, for instance, by phone or email.

 

Newsletter Registration Form - Data Protection Statement

OSCR is a Non-Ministerial Department of the Scottish Administration. Our data processing activities have been notified to the UK Information Commissioner, and appear on the Public Register with the registration number Z9409201.
 
Information gathered on this form is processed for the following purposes:
  • Maintaining an accurate mailing list of individuals who have subscribed to the OSCR newsletter
  • Issuing emails to these individuals enclosing the OSCR newsletter

 

OSCR will not share this information with any third parties, and OSCR will deal promptly with requests to unsubscribe from this mailing list.

The information on our application forms may be shared with Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs and other regulatory bodies. If applications are successful, selected information will be publicly available on the Register of Scottish Charities.
